In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing the structural frameworks that form the backbone of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that projects are built to precise specifications, safety standards are upheld, and quality craftsmanship is delivered on time. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing projects. Must have at least 3 years of custom framing experience Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of framing components. Construct wall frames, roof trusses, metal stud framing, and other structural elements using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns. Ensure all work complies with construction plans, schematics, safety regulations, and quality standards. Assist with roofing installation and repair tasks to ensure weather-tight structures. Use basic math skills for dimensional measurements, leveling, and layout tasks essential for accurate framing. Support construction management by coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans. Must have at least 3 years of custom framing experience Skilled in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall finishing, siding installation, roofing, plastering, woodworking, stucco application, trim carpentry, and restoration work. Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and nail guns; welding equipment; and measuring devices like tape measures. Knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent dimensional measurement skills. Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and layout work. Valid experience in working with schematics or technical drawings related to framing or metal stud systems is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety practices.
