We're looking for a true remodeler — the kind of carpenter who can walk into a kitchen, bathroom, or basement and handle a little bit of everything with skill and confidence. We're growing, we're building real structure into how we run jobs, and we want craftsmen who take pride in their work and treat every client's home like it's their own.

Our goal is simple:

be the number one remodeler in our market, and change what people expect from a contractor. What You'll Do You'll be a core part of our field team on occupied-home remodels, working from demo through finish. On any given day that could mean interior framing and layout, drywall hanging and patching, trim and finish carpentry, cabinet and vanity installation, rough and finish plumbing assistance (setting fixtures, running supply and drain in coordination with our licensed subs), basic electrical (boxes, fixture and device swaps), tile prep, doors, and punch work. You'll also be the face of Capstone in the client's home, so clean job sites and good communication matter. What We're Looking For At least [5] years of residential remodeling experience (not new construction only), broad skills across multiple trades, strong finish carpentry, the ability to solve problems when old houses throw surprises at you, your own hand and basic power tools, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while respecting the schedule and scope.
