Full Time (Set Schedule) About the Role We are seeking Carpenter/Finishers who want to build a career in construction with purpose and determination. This role is critical in delivering a high standard of final product to our customers and partners, where you will be working on projects you can point to with pride. Key Responsibilities Perform project layout Install metal and wood framing, blocking, backing, and related systems Perform drywall finishing to required levels Build and install partitions, doors, frames, hardware, trim, millwork and specialty finishes Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and finish details Ensure work meets quality standards and is completed on schedule Collaborate with field leaders and trades to support sequencing and workflow Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas in compliance with company and site policies Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Represent the company positively on jobsites through professionalism and workmanship Qualifications Valley participates in E-verify. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA within three (3) days of start date. Must be able to provide a copy of your union card within seven (7) days of employment.
