D&R Construction Inc. has been serving the Manhattan community since 1963. We are family owned and operated. D&R Construction Inc specializes in Custom Homes, Remodels and Commercial Builds. Looking for reliable and hardworking crew members to help grow D&R and better serve our community with quality work they can trust. Job Description Framing and general carpentry work Residential and commercial construction projects Working directly with supervisors and team members to ensure safety and quality are met Reading plans, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials Driving to and from job sites (carpooling is available) Maintaining job-site cleanliness Preferred Requirements Experience in construction work (Framing, Carpentry, Concrete) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a crew Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices Reliable transportation Ability to learn and adapt quickly when necessary What we offer Steady work - 5 hours overtime offered weekly at time and a half Opportunity for advancement in the company Supportive, team-focused work environment Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay
