Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Carpenter who's ready to take full control of the job site and lead projects with confidence. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating trades, maintaining job site standards, and keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. This role combines leadership and craftsmanship—you'll be hands-on in the work while driving quality, productivity, and accountability across every phase of the project. What You Bring 5+ years of residential construction experience Strong knowledge of carpentry and related trades Ability to read and interpret construction plans Experience leading crews and managing job sites Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Knowledge of residential building codes Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to perform physical work in all aspects of construction Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Personal set of professional-grade tools What Sets You Apart Strong leadership and decision-making skills Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-focused mindset Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
