WHAT MAKES THIS JOB DIFFERENT?

You won't be doing the same task every day. Our carpenters work on a variety of interior and exterior residential remodeling projects , giving you the opportunity to use your skills and continue developing your craft. You might spend one day rebuilding a deck, another repairing siding, and the next completing interior finish work. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and seeing a project transform from start to finish, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in areas such as: Siding replacement and repair Exterior repairs and remodeling Gutter installation Deck repair and complete deck rebuilds Trim and finish carpentry Interior remodeling Framing Drywall repair and finishing Interior finish work Basic kitchen and bathroom remodeling General residential carpentry and repairs You don't have to be an expert at everything — but you should be confident in your core carpentry skills and willing to tackle new challenges.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a carpenter who can show up, assess the job, figure out the best solution, and get it done right.

The right person:

Has 3+ years of professional carpentry experience Takes genuine pride in their workmanship Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged Has strong problem-solving skills Pays attention to the small details Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Keeps job sites clean and organized Treats customers' homes with respect Communicates professionally with homeowners and coworkers Works well as part of a team Is dependable and takes ownership of their work
