Carpenter Foreperson Location:

Job Summary:
The Carpenter Foreperson will oversee new construction and renovation projects, managing a crew of 4-6 carpenters depending on project size and timeline. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company policies. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring the ability to guide the crew while also stepping in to assist with carpentry work as needed to keep projects on track. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Candidates must also be willing to work 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) as needed. What you'll do: Coordinate and schedule work, collaborating with contractors and overseeing other trades as needed. Lead and supervise a crew of 4-6 carpenters on construction projects. Assign and manage finish carpentry tasks to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform finish carpentry work as needed to support project completion. Assist with additional tasks such as drywall installation, painting, or other job site needs. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. What you'll need: High school diploma or GED preferred. Proven experience in construction and carpentry. Prior experience leading or supervising a crew is preferred. Valid driver's license required. Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail. Effective organizational and time management skills.
