Front of House Service Staff

Branch Out is a fast-casual restaurant featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and globally inspired flavors. Our kitchen is entirely plant-based and gluten-free, and we proudly serve guests from all backgrounds. You do not need to follow a plant-based or gluten-free lifestyle to be part of our team — we welcome everyone. Front of House responsibilities may include: Greeting and assisting guests at the counter Operating the Square POS system Answering phone calls and taking orders Delivering food to tables and assisting guests as needed Clearing and cleaning tables Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping Answering menu questions and providing excellent customer service Because we are a small, team-focused environment, adaptability and a willingness to help where needed are very important.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $11 - $12 , based on experience Additional pooled tips averaging $3 - $5 per hour Employee food discounts and/or shift meals , depending on hours worked Tips are distributed weekly based on total hours worked

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred Reliable transportation is required Opportunity for growth, with potential to move into a full-time position
