Responsibilities:

Carpentry tasks including trim work, rough carpentry, sheetrock finishing, flooring and equipment installation, basic plumbing. Ensure all work is conducted safely and in compliance with regulations. Work efficiently to meet deadlines. Communicate efficiently with the office and project management team.

Requirements:

Carpentry skills including trim work, rough carpentry, sheetrock finishing, flooring installation, and equipment installation. Basic knowledge of all trade skills relevant to commercial job sites. Must own basic hand and power tools.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS

LICENSE and reliable transportation. Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
