Lead Commercial Carpenter Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Lead Commercial Carpenter responsible for overseeing and managing remodeling projects at a major institution. You will ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with various tradespeople and clients. Responsibilities Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties. Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in drywall, drywall finishing, metal framing, and carpentry. Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall or framing in a residential or commercial setting.
