    Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • Pay:
    $44.59 per hour.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation and repair, trim work, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.
+ Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks for commercial properties. + Repair and install locks, hardware, shelving, fixtures, and furniture. + Patch, paint, and finish walls, ceilings, and wood surfaces. + Maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of automatic doors. + Assemble and install equipment, office furniture, and fixtures. + Inspect buildings and identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. + Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. + Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent. + Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. + Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members regarding project status and repair needs. + Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, maintenance, or general handyman services. + Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, building materials, and repair methods. + Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs. + Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if travel is required). + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Physical Requirements
  • + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. + Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. + Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. + Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. +
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Trade school or vocational training in carpentry or construction. + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. + Experience working in commercial facilities, healthcare, education, or industrial environments. + Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices. +
  • Work Environment
  • + Commercial or industrial settings.
+ May require occasional overtime, weekends, or emergency call-outs. + Must follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
