Responsibilities Assist lead carpenters and project managers in executing construction tasks efficiently and accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform various building activities Install windows, cabinets, drywall, flooring, and trim carpentry with attention to detail Participate in hardscaping projects including stonework, paving, and outdoor structures Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise execution Support construction inspection processes by maintaining quality standards and safety protocols Prepare materials for fabrication, measure spaces for accurate installation, and perform site clean-up Contribute to remodeling projects by performing tasks such as plastering, caulking, stucco application, and painting Assist with electrical work, plumbing, concrete forming, and other specialized trades as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times during outdoor or indoor work Experience Previous construction experience is highly preferred; however, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply Familiarity with building material installation including drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and stucco is advantageous Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Experience interpreting technical drawings and construction plans enhances your ability to contribute effectively Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions demonstrates adaptability and resilience Understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites ensures a secure working environment Join us to develop your skills in a fast-paced construction setting where your contributions make a lasting impact!
