Work with a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and professionalism. Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Carpenter II to join our residential remodeling team. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you will play an important role in transforming our customers' kitchens and bathrooms while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • $24.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and other finish carpentry components
  • Execute designs, floor plans, and elevation details accurately
  • Perform residential remodeling and finish carpentry work
  • Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Ensure completed work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of residential finish carpentry and remodeling experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in cabinet installation and crown molding
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation details
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Proficiency with technology used for communication and job tracking
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
