We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you will play an important role in transforming our customers' kitchens and bathrooms while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

- $24.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and other finish carpentry components
- Execute designs, floor plans, and elevation details accurately
- Perform residential remodeling and finish carpentry work
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Ensure completed work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of residential finish carpentry and remodeling experience
- Demonstrated expertise in cabinet installation and crown molding
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation details
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with technology used for communication and job tracking
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
