Competitive, based on experience We are looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our team. We build custom cabinetry, furniture, millwork, residential/commercial builds and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Whether you're looking for steady full-time work or flexible sub work on an as-needed basis, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
- Operate a table saw safely and accurately for precision cuts
- Run an edge banding machine for finished panel work
- Understand and assist with CNC machine operations and workflow
- Use hand and power tools for general carpentry, assembly, and finishing work
- Measure, cut, fit, and install materials to exact specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
- Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a carpenter (shop and/or job-site experience)
- Hands-on experience operating a table saw.
- Working knowledge of CNC machines (operating experience a plus, but at minimum able to understand CNC processes and support the workflow)
- Strong command of basic carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to read measurements, plans, and cut lists accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Own reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools preferred Employment Options We're open to either: Full-time employee or 1099 subcontractor employed on an as-needed basis.
Pay:
$30.00- $35.
