  • Full-time Sinai Builders is a custom home remodeling and addition company seeking a highly motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team.
We perform interior/exterior remodels and additions. Our goal at Sinai Builders is to make our customers home a place they love to live. Candidate should have 1-2 years minimum prior experience in residential construction. Be able to adhere to directions and work in a team environment or independently at times. This is also a great opportunity to advance your skills of construction trades on the job.​​​ Skills for position: Highly Motivated Multitasking Knowledge of​ interior/exterior components of residential buildings​ Knowledge and use of various hand and power tools Ability to lift heavy items Precise attention to details​ Effective communication Willingness to learn. Responsibilities for
Skilled Laborer/Carpenter:
Clean up and set up of tools and equipment on construction sites, keeping a clean and safe job site. Loading and unloading materials. Digging trenches/footers, compacting, backfilling and mixing/pouring concrete. Adhering to instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.​ Framing Walls and Roofs Installation of Roofing and Siding Drywall Installation/Finishing Application of Interior/Exterior Painting and Coatings Finish Carpentry Installation of Flooring Materials (wood, tile, lvp) Must be comfortable working on ladders and/or scaffolding
