Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects (For lead carpenters) Perform framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application with precision Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, siding, flooring, tile, and other wood or metal construction materials Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking and general construction tasks safely and effectively Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for remodeling, restoration projects, or new builds Apply caulking, mold remediation techniques, masonry work, and perform finishing touches such as trim carpentry and painting Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols related to power tool safety and site regulations Requirements Proven experience in residential carpentry, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately; familiarity with interpreting technical drawings is essential (For lead carpenters) Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools for woodworking and construction applications Knowledge of wood construction materials including framing lumber, siding materials, drywall components, and finishing products Experience with wood stud framing, tile laying or flooring installation is a plus Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures related to power tools and heavy lifting; certification in power tool safety preferred Ability to work on-site in various environments with physical stamina for demanding tasks such as heavy lifting or extended standing Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Join our team today if you're ready to bring your carpentry or painting expertise into rewarding projects that make a real difference!
