We specialize in residential remodeling, repairs, exterior renovations, roofing, siding, decks, flooring, and general carpentry throughout Midcoast Maine. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team. The ideal candidate has carpentry experience (or willing to be trained), can safely operate common hand and power tools, shows up on time, and is willing to learn. Every day brings something different, so adaptability and a positive attitude are important. If you enjoy building, problem-solving, and helping homeowners improve their properties, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Assist with residential carpentry and remodeling projects Install and repair roofing, siding, windows, and doors Build and repair decks, porches, and other exterior structures Install flooring, trim, molding, cabinetry, and finish carpentry Perform general repairs and maintenance on homes and buildings Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project plans Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Load, unload, and organize materials and maintain a clean job site Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Work independently and as part of a crew to complete projects on time Perform other carpentry and construction tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous carpentry or construction experience Basic math and measuring skills Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction If you're a dependable carpenter who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a growing local company, we'd love to hear from you.
