Job Description
Carpenter / Construction Professional $25-$35/hour | Part-Time W-2 | Paid Weekly | Bonus Opportunities Done Right Construction LLC is a growing residential construction company looking for the right person to join us. We're open to someone with hands-on construction experience and a strong willingness to learn, or an experienced carpenter looking for an opportunity to take on more responsibility and eventually grow into a leadership/crew-lead role as our company expands. Done Right is a newer company led by an experienced owner. We're building our reputation around quality workmanship, reliability, honesty, and doing things the right way. We're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to grow with us and help build what this company becomes. What You'll Do Our projects vary and may include residential remodeling, renovations, decks, framing, finish work, additions, demolition, repairs, and general construction. Responsibilities may include measuring, cutting and installation; operating hand and power tools safely; assisting with and completing carpentry and remodeling work; maintaining a clean and safe jobsite; working independently on tasks appropriate to your skill level; and treating our customers, their homes, and their property with respect. What We're Looking For Hands-on construction/remodeling experience Own basic construction tools and know how to use them Reliable transportation Weekend availability Dependable and able to show up when scheduled Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Ability to take direction and work independently when appropriate Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills Ability to work well as part of a team You don't need to know everything. If you have a solid foundation and genuinely want to learn, we're willing to invest in the right person. Already have significant experience? Even better.
