Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and hands-on expertise. As a key contributor, you will assist in building, renovating, and restoring structures while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction, eager to develop their skills, and committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, roofing, and fixture installation with precision and safety awareness Perform heavy lifting, material fabrication, and assembly using woodworking machines and metal stud framing techniques Follow all safety protocols including power tool safety procedures and proper handling of construction materials such as wood construction materials Assist with roofing installation or repairs while adhering to safety standards Contribute to site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work environment This position is paid in accordance with industry standards. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
