Job Overview Wright-Ryan Homes is looking for a skilled and dependable Residential Services Carpenter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in helping homeowners maintain and improve their homes. You'll work on a range of projects, from small repairs and warranty work to renovations and additions, often in occupied homes. This is a hands-on role that combines carpentry, problem-solving, and customer service, supporting the ongoing care and upkeep of our clients' homes. Job Responsibilities Perform a wide range of carpentry work, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations. Support ongoing property care services, helping maintain and enhance high-end homes. Work closely with lead carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently. Troubleshoot issues on site and develop practical, high-quality solutions. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, delivering a positive customer experience in occupied homes. Manage time effectively while balancing multiple projects and locations. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized job site. Education, Experience, and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in property management and carpentry. Solid understanding of residential construction and remodeling practices. Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA safety standards, and job site protocols. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, manuals, and written work orders. Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, materials, and fastening systems safely and effectively. Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field. Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach with clients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a variety of weather conditions. Pay Range:
$30.00 - $33.00 Hourly
