As a new local provider, we are searching for talented and dedicated professionals to help us strengthen our foundation. Sawtooth Services is looking to hire a lead carpenter who can manage a job site, ensuring all work is properly documented and built to code.

This role involves:

• Lead a crew of individuals ranging from 1-3 people on a wide variety of tasks such as framing, siding, roofing, windows/doors, decks, and more
• Supervise and ensure the use of safety practices on the work site
• Use an in-house application to record pictures, document tasks, and perform time studies via phase
• Ensure all work meets local and national code standards
• Communicate clearly with suppliers, inspectors, and office admins
• Keep projects organized and on time
• Document daily tasks and assessments

Job Requirement:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Professional levels of attitude, chemistry, and reliability
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate with people of all walks of life
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to navigate programs like Excel, Word, ect.
