Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on construction sites, supporting the completion of residential remodeling, framing, drywall installation, fixture mounting, and other building projects. ! NOT necessarily in the ranges provided!! Responsibilities Assist with construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for rebar installation, drywall hanging, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and reinstallation work. Set up and dismantle construction sites by organizing materials such as wood construction materials, metal studs, and other building supplies. Support restoration industry projects by handling door hanging, remodeling tasks, and general handyman duties. Utilize woodworking machines for precise cuts and assembly of custom wood components. Follow all safety protocols related to power tool safety and construction site procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Experience Previous construction experience is required, with a focus on residential carpentry or remodeling projects preferred. Familiarity with construction plans and the ability to interpret technical drawings is essential. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, drywall installation, metal stud framing, and fixture mounting is highly desirable. Experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on safety practices is necessary. Additional skills such as plastering, stucco application, rebar installation, caulking, or restoration industry experience will be considered a plus.
