Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring structural integrity on diverse construction sites. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life with precision and efficiency. Pay is based on experience!!!! NOT necessarily what is posted in the ranges!!! Duties Erect metal buildings, wood frameworks, and other structural components according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics to guide framing activities Install rebar, metal studs, and other framing materials with accuracy using hand tools and power tools Perform concrete forming, masonry work, and plastering as needed for structural support Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning large framing elements or materials Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor to handle dimensional measurements and trim carpentry tasks Ensure all framing work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

Requirements:

Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding schematics Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, stucco, plastering, and woodworking techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary Strong understanding of construction plans and ability to take accurate dimensional measurements.
