Carpenter Location:

Shiawassee County, Michigan Pay:

Starting at $25/hour or more based on experience We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing construction team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and have experience leading residential projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Construction projects including decks, home additions, and exterior structures
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Supervise and work alongside crew members to ensure high-quality work
• Coordinate materials, tools, and job site organization
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in carpentry (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of deck building, framing, and general construction
• Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
