General Carpenters Laborers Deck & Fence Builders Remodel & Renovation Crew Members We're looking for: Reliable and dependable team members Ability to safely use basic power tools Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors Willingness to work year-round in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Construction experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
