The ideal candidate will have experience in both painting and carpentry, with a strong focus on detail and a commitment to quality. The successful applicant will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. must be on board with BTT s core values and willing to grow and lead. Duties:

• Perform a variety of tasks related to painting and carpentry, including painting walls, ceilings, and trim, as well as drywall repair and other tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections of jobsites to ensure things are being done cleanly and efficiently.
• Use hand tools to complete tasks, including power tools and manual tools.
• Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint efficiently and effectively.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces, following all necessary safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the construction team to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project timelines.
• Participate in regular clean-up and maintenance of tools, equipment and jobsite.
• Perform additional tasks as required, including maintenance person duties and construction painting.

Requirements:

• Experience in painting and carpentry, preferably in a construction environment, but we are willing to train.
• Proficiency with hand tools, including power tools and manual tools.
• Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment and the ability to operate it safely and effectively if needed.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Experience working on residential and commercial construction sites.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
• Valid driver's license (for transporting equipment and materials).
