Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various aspects of building and renovation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction efforts, utilizing a broad skill set that includes all types of framing, metal building erection, concrete forming, trim, siding, and all other aspects of the trade. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution Install stick framing, post beam framing, metal stud framing, and perform trim carpentry as required for various projects Operate power tools vehicles and heavy equipment safely while maintaining high productivity levels Manage on-site construction activities including scaffolding setup, heavy lifting, and material handling Conduct quality inspections on completed work Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety protocols Qualifications Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites Skilled in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, woodworking, and drywall finishing techniques Familiarity with construction plans for metal stud framing and restoration projects Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations in construction tasks Excellent understanding of safety procedures and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment We welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills while contributing to impactful projects.
