Carpenter:

What You'll Do Perform skilled carpentry including framing, finish work, drywall, siding, cabinets, repairs, and more Support jobsite workflow by following direction from the Lead Carpenter or Project Manager Communicate with customers professionally so they understand progress and next steps Assist with materials by picking up, staging, and preparing items needed for daily production Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to maintain quality and keep the project moving Solve onsite issues using practical, field‑tested judgment and craftsmanship What You Bring 2+ years of real carpentry experience —you know your craft Customer‑first communication —professional, honest, and steady under pressure A team‑oriented, group‑minded attitude Physical & Work Conditions Frequent lifting, climbing, kneeling, and tight‑space work Indoor/outdoor environments in all weather VDK is an equal opportunity employer.
