Lead Carpenter:

What You'll Do Run the jobsite as a working foreman—set the pace, uphold quality, and keep production tight Communicate with customers so they always know what's happening and what's next Direct crews and subcontractors with clarity, fairness, and high standards Order materials and coordinate inspections to keep the schedule on track Solve problems on the fly with practical, field‑tested judgment Perform skilled carpentry: framing, finish work, drywall, siding, cabinets, repairs, and more. What You Bring 4+ years of real carpentry experience —you know your craft Leadership skills that motivate crews and build trust Customer‑first communication —professional, honest, and steady under pressure A team‑oriented, coach‑minded attitude Willingness to join the on‑call rotation Physical & Work Conditions Frequent lifting, climbing, kneeling, and tight‑space work Indoor/outdoor environments in all weather VDK is an equal opportunity employer.
