We manage and renovate a variety of residential properties throughout the Kalamazoo area and are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team. Responsibilities Perform high-quality carpentry work, including framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring Install kitchens, windows, doors, bathrooms (including bathtubs), tile work, flooring, and drywall with precision and craftsmanship Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist with property renovations, repairs, and custom projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter with strong skills in: Kitchen installation Window and door installation Bathroom installations (bathtubs, fixtures, etc.) Tile work Flooring Drywall hanging, finishing, and repair Must be highly skilled in all the above trades and able to complete work independently at a professional level Work style: Able to make appropriate decisions without much oversight Arrives prepared with tools, supplies, and items needed at the start of each day Communicates efficiently and effectively with the team to keep projects on track
