This role involves working on various construction projects, focusing on the installation and repair of siding, windows, and carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction with hands-on experience in multiple areas including framing, remodeling, and restoration. Duties Install and repair siding and windows according to specifications and building codes. Perform carpentry tasks including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and restoration work. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary during installations or material handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience in construction with a focus on siding, windows, and carpentry. Familiarity with roofing techniques and materials is advantageous. Previous experience on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols. Capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
