Job Description
Overview We are seeking motivated and skilled Tradesman to join our construction family, dedicated to delivering top-quality craftsmanship across a variety of building projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for executing detailed construction tasks with precision, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to the successful completion of projects that meet high standards of quality and durability. This position is fully paid and ideal for professionals passionate about building and remodeling. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects Install building materials including flooring, tile, cabinetry, trim, plastering, and caulking with attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on various construction sites Conduct construction inspection and quality control checks throughout project phases Manage window installation, hardscape features, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and other building component installations Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction management and estimating tasks Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times while working outdoors or in confined spaces Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in building construction and remodeling projects Skilled in carpentry, trim carpentry, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinet installation Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience operating power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment required for various trades Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing installation, plastering techniques, caulking methods, painting and hardscape features Experience working on diverse outdoor projects including landscaping or outdoor hardscape work Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments Join us if you're eager to apply your craftsmanship skills in a family environment where quality matters.
