As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our dedicated team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Rough/Finish Carpenter who takes pride in their work and upholds values of integrity , dependability , and a strong work ethic . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of restoration and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Rough/Finish Carpentry including: installing custom cabinetry, trim, casings, doors, framing etc. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans Maintain a clean and safe job site Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to specification Provide high-quality workmanship that meets company standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience and construction Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Hourly Pay:
