A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Provide respiratory care services to patients with a variety of conditions Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly Assist with ventilator management and airway procedures Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Support patient comfort and recovery through expert respiratory supportWhat You Need:
Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist license RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience -Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment About theAssignment:
