Provide respiratory care services to patients with a variety of conditions Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly Assist with ventilator management and airway procedures Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Support patient comfort and recovery through expert respiratory support

What You Need:

Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist license RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience -Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment About the
