Responsibilities:
Follow instructions from foreman and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Ability to lead an apprentice on smaller projects Support apprentices, other carpenters, and foreman on various small/large projects Understanding design layouts and blueprints Keep the job site clean and well-organized Handle the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment Ensure attention to detail and follow safety standards Fuel and wash department vehiclesRequirements:
Job Layout Blueprint Reading Metal Siding Installation Overhead door repairs Commercial Roofing repairs Set Doors (Jams and swing doors) Door Hardware Flooring Installation Ceiling Layout and Installation Millwork Interior Painting 3-4 years carpentry experience in the commercial setting Ability to work effectively with all personality types Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions Self-directed and can work independentlyValid Driver's License Preferred Requirements:
PEMB (Pre-engineered metal building) Drywall finishing Roof penetration and curbs Masonry skills Stick Welding Torch cutting Industrial experience Building Code Application Metal Stud Framing Chauffeurs License Equipment experience: Aerial- Lift Operation
