Varying levels of experience is welcome as we have multiple positions open for hire. Ideal candidates shall possess the following traits: High attention to detail Clean and neat appearance/Hygiene (you may be working in customers homes) Pride in their work and yourself Punctual Able and willing to work in a team centric environment Strong communication skills Discipline and Motivated-Self Starter Able to follow instructions Able to read blueprints or shop drawings/schematics Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math/fraction calculations Understanding of basic tools and building techniques Duties and Responsibilities Keep and maintain a clean work environment Deliver materials to job sites using company vehicle Operate machinery and tooling to produce staircase and handrail components Benefits of the Job Pay-Starting at $18/hr, but commensurate with greater experience and ability. 401k contributions with employer matching Insurance-Medical, Dental, Vision Profit Sharing 72 hrs/ PTO On-Job Training Paid Holidays (Some) Requirements Must be 18 years old Must be able to work on feet 8+ hours and lift > 80 lbs Must possess a valid drivers license Must be willing to undergo a background check (in accordance with legal regulations)
