In search of highly motivated individuals for building decks.

Job responsibilities:

All aspects of deck building, including but not limited to; moving staging material, digging footings, carpentry, site cleanliness, tool maintenance, loading and unloading tools and materials Layout, measure, cut and assemble/join wood/composite materials Building decks, stairs, pergolas, gazebos and carpentry related projects Demolition & removal; helping to demo existing decks if needed Punctual and on time for work Pay dependent on skill level/experience

Requirements:

Knowledge of building materials, construction, tool and equipment Ability to use a large amount of hand, power operated tools and small engine equipment such as drills and circular saws Understand how to use a tape measure Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on time Ability to work at heights and on ladders Ability to work in changing outdoor weather conditions Ability and willingness to dig post holes and footings when necessary. Most will be done with machinery Good work ethic and punctual Reliable transportation to and from work, job will be in different locations Be able to lift 40+ pounds
