In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial carpentry work, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Duties Lead and manage carpentry crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. Review and interpret construction drawings and technical blueprints to guide project execution accurately. Coordinate construction schedules with customers, company staff, and other trade partners. Supervise daily site activities, monitor progress, and adjust workflows to optimize productivity. Will work with tools in field, this is not a strictly management position. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, federal safety standards, and construction safety management practices across all site operations. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project contracts. Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction safety protocols to maintain high standards of workmanship. Successful candidate will be given the opportunity to directly manage and maintain a top customer account. Skills Extensive experience in commercial construction with a strong background in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. Strong knowledge of construction regulations such as OSHA standards and federal safety regulations. Skilled in project scheduling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for supervising crews, managing client relationships, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Hands-on experience with multiple carpentry and related skilled trade's work including but not limited to, steel studs, drywall, acoustical ceiling, doors and hardware, other undefined operations.
