Utilize property management tools like Yardi and OneSite to track leads, update tenant records, and manage leasing activities efficiently. Conduct tenant screening procedures, including background checks and credit assessments, adhering to Section 8 and LIHTC guidelines when applicable. Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants, upselling additional amenities or services to enhance occupancy and revenue. Collaborate with team members on property maintenance issues, facilities management, and budgeting to ensure optimal property operations. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, with familiarity using tools like Yardi, OneSite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC compliance, and lease management processes. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally while maintaining positive client relationships. Demonstrated success in sales or customer service roles within property leasing or related fields. Office experience including filing, phone etiquette, client communication, and contract management is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
