3+ years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. This role will involve finish carpentry and detailed woodworking on projects throughout the Metro Detroit area. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of carpentry experience who can consistently deliver clean, precise, high-quality work. This position is part-time to full-time , with hours based on project needs. Responsibilities Install interior trim, baseboards, casing, and crown molding Install interior and exterior doors Perform detailed finish carpentry and custom woodwork Complete punch-list and finishing work Read measurements and plans accurately Maintain a clean and organized job site Work independently as well as alongside our team Produce clean, precise, high-quality finished work Qualifications Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience , preferably with a strong background in finish carpentry Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable and able to consistently arrive on time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working independently when needed Ability to safely operate standard carpentry tools and equipment Schedule Part-time to full-time hours depending on project needs and availability.
