Position Summary The Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Contractor will take responsibility of remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to customer expectations. This role blends hands-on carpentry with jobsite leadership, coordinating daily tasks and maintaining quality standards throughout each phase of the remodel. You will work as a dependable craft leader on onsite projects, supporting the team with strong communication, consistent workmanship, and a commitment to delivering results that stand up to real-world use.
