Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or light commercial carpentry, the ability to work independently or as part of a crew, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This position requires reliable transportation and a personal set of basic carpentry tools.

Responsibilities :

Perform framing, trim work, siding, decking, and other general carpentry tasks Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications Measure, cut, and install building materials with accuracy and efficiency Maintain clean and organized job sites Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes Communicate effectively with project managers, other trades, and clients Travel to various job sites as required

Requirements :

Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial construction Proficient in the use of hand and power tools Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Own set of basic carpentry tools Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

OSHA certification or safety training Experience in remodeling or finish carpentry Ability to operate equipment such as table saws, miter saws, and nail guns
