Job Description

Custom home builder now hiring experienced Framers! You will work alongside other Framers to build and construct residential single-family homes and townhomes from the ground up. Work is local and hours are steady year-round. We offer a competitive wage and full benefits!
Duties:
Wood framing of residential homes from the ground up Assembling wall and floor panels Setting of trusses Proper & Safe Usage of Hand tools and Power tools Follow safety guidelines while on job sites or working in a shop Hauling of material and tools Site clean up Operate hand and power tools Work at heights two to three stories high Build exterior decking and stairs Ladder, harness, and lift use
Requirements:
Knowledge of framing trade as it pertains to ground up construction of residential structures Prior experience and understanding of use and safe practices related to power tools, relevant machinery and gear Reliable transportation daily to and from job site Possession of work boots, tool belt and basic hand tools Ability to pass pre-employment background check Willingness and ability to work outside in varying temperatures and elements Willingness to participate in any/all safety training required for the position Willingness and ability to learn and advance overall skillset Ability to follow safety guidelines
Compensation/Benefits:
