Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews in the installation of framing, trim, siding, and other building components Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as woodworking.
