We're looking for someone who already knows how to build, can lead a small crew, takes pride in their work, and doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder telling them what comes next. We use proven products and building methods, take pride in doing things correctly, and expect every project that carries the Decked Out MN name to reflect those standards.
