Hiring Immediately - Looking to Add 5+ Carpenters Full-Time | Starting at $22.00+/hour DOE Cabana Construction Inc has been building homes and completing quality construction projects throughout Central Minnesota for more than 30 years. We have a full schedule of work, local projects, and are looking to grow our team with dependable, experienced carpenters. If you're the type of person who shows up on time, knows your trade, and can work without someone looking over your shoulder all day, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Residential new construction and remodeling Framing walls, floors, roofs, and trusses Install windows, doors, siding, and roofing Read blueprints and follow project specifications Operate power tools and construction equipment Work safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship What We're Looking For Carpentry or construction experience preferred Able to work independently and stay productive Takes pride in doing quality work the first time Positive attitude and dependable attendance Willing to learn and accept direction when needed Able to solve problems and keep projects moving We're willing to train the right person, but we're looking for someone who learns quickly, works hard, and is ready to become a productive member of the team.
