About Us Kitchen Refresh specializes in transforming kitchens quickly, affordably, and beautifully. Through our sister company, Fun Flips, we also buy and renovate houses in the Rochester area, taking tired, neglected homes and turning them into places people are proud to live in. Some we sell, and some we keep as rentals. We're looking for a dependable, well-rounded carpenter to be the go-to craftsperson on those properties. If you can handle just about anything a house throws at you, do quality work without someone looking over your shoulder, and bring a no-ego, get-it-done attitude, we'd like to meet you. The Role This is a full-time position dedicated to our renovation properties. One week you might be doing demo and reframing a wall; the next you're hanging doors, setting cabinets, running trim, and knocking out a punch list before listing photos. No two houses are the same, and that's the appeal. You'll often be the only person on site. That means planning your own day, solving problems as they come up, and keeping the project moving on schedule and on budget. You'll have the Kitchen Refresh crew and our trade partners behind you when a job calls for it, but we need someone who doesn't depend on that support to be productive.
