Job Description
Our organization is currently looking to add a talented Carpenter to our team. Core Duties Construct and install custom furniture, cabinetry, and shelving units to meet project specifications. Perform routine inspections and execute necessary repairs or maintenance tasks. Prepare and refine lumber and composite materials by cutting and smoothing them to precise dimensions. Help ensure structural integrity by framing buildings and assembling doors, windows, and staircases. Analyze technical drawings and blueprints to ensure all project requirements are met. Determine material quantities and dimensions through accurate site measurements. Erect scaffolding and temporary structures to support ongoing construction activities. Required Skills Demonstrated professional background in carpentry. Physical capacity to lift 50lbs without assistance. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and construction diagrams.
