Elwood Trim and Cabinetry is a growing finish carpentry company focused on clean installs, quality craftsmanship, and building a solid team long-term. We're a smaller crew that values doing things the right way and creating a work environment where people take pride in what they do.

Position Overview :

We're hiring an experienced installer whose primary focus will be cabinet installation and finish carpentry in residential projects. This role will involve installing cabinetry on-site along with trim work including base, casing, crown, and other finish details. There may be occasional cabinet building in the shop as needed, but the main focus is installation work in the field. We're looking for someone who already knows the trade but is also willing to adapt to how we operate—someone open to refining their process and aligning with our standards and systems. Responsibilities :

Install kitchen, bath, and built-in cabinetry Install baseboard, casing, crown molding, and other finish trim Execute clean layouts and precise, detailed installs Read plans and follow project scope Assist with light cabinet building in the shop as needed Maintain clean and organized jobsites Work efficiently with a small crew

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, or cabinet installation Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to be coached and adapt to company systems
